Forward

In 2016 I was hired by SMAC Affärsutveckling to make their paper based method of making business plans a digital, web based service.

The business plan is made by dividing different aspects of the business and going through 7 chapters of interactive elements and surveys. The process starts with the user making a description of the state of the business and ends in concrete activities that can be scheduled.

After the initial business plan is made, the platform offers a chapter on economy, where the user can make different kinds of budgets.

When the user is done using the business plan tool. There is a feature that generates a readable summary of the business plan that can be shared with banks, investors, new management etc.

After I made the business plan tool. I made some additions to the platform. One is the ability to add multiple users to a single company, and choose what parts of the service they have read and write access to.

Another one is a tool for following up on, and tracking the progress of all the activities generated by the business plan tool. There is also a search function to make it easier to find a certain activity.

Axelssons Snickeri

For this project I was hired to make a portfolio and info page for a carpentry in Motala called Axelssons Snickeri.
The site is based on a WordPress theme that I made some custom modifications to.

I made modifications to the gallery view to make their previous work look nicer. Another one of the things I customised are the Pop-overs describing their services, as well as a Google Maps view.

I made the website for promoting Forward and for housing the login page for Forward and SMACs other service CRM Small.
